THE BRIEF
Private property wedding with 4 weeks to go, someong to run the overall day, help setup styling according to SJ’s vision.
Look after vendors and ensure a smooth flow.
Ensure the couple was where they needed to be for moments in the timeline with enough warning, also getting the photos they wanted.
Ensuring guests and vendors were comfortable.
THE PROBLEM
SJ & Evan’s original coordinator pulled out with only a month until their wedding.Â
SJ had done a brief timeline but there were still gaps and questions to be answered.
The initial quote she had meant she would’ve still been setting up items the morning of herself/friends and family doing a lot of work.
THE SOLUTION
Given it was last minute – we tried to come as close to the price as possible to fit within her budget.
Providing much more value than the previous coordinator in being there for full setup and pack down plus the 4 weeks prior.
Weekly meetings for the 4 weeks of leadup to confirm timings and checks with vendors to ensure smooth operation.
And including decal so SJ didn’t have to worry about that additional extra.
