THE BRIEF
Help plan finding quality vendors and put everything together within less than 6 months.
Wanted someone to help with small unexpected issues that may arise on the day/morning that weren’t covered by the venue.
Someone to provide advice in the leadup on things they may not think of.
THE PROBLEM
Shorter timeframe to plan, both worked high demanding full time jobs and wanted to ensure they kept on track with planning.
On the day itself it began to rain and the live musicians for ceremony needed to move inside.
Ensuring bouquets and buttonholes made it to them for morning of photos.
THE SOLUTION
Worked timing into the timeline to allow for delivery of bouquets whilst florist finished setting up on site.
Notified Y(Bride) of light rain and she made the decision to keep the ceremony outdoors.
Moved musicians undercover working alongside the venue to ensure happiness amongst vendors.
