THE BRIEF

Carmen is an A Type Personality who knew she needed everything to be perfect and if she didn’t have someone acting “as her” on the day she’d lose her mind.

James wanted someone to help take the stress off her so they could both enjoy themselves.

Ensure things could be setup and styled they way they wanted and they could trust everything was getting done.

Could help recommend the final few vendors they had yet to book (cake, florals, advice on other smaller elements, timeline).

Someone to ensure the bridal party could just be present.

THE PROBLEM

Unfortunately, Carmen & James had a few issues in the lead up to the day.

Multiple guests changing, pulling out etc in the final moments meaning signage reprints.

The decision on whether or not to have a cake as it wasn’t really important to them but when they did decide they wanted something quality that wouldn’t break the bank as it hadn’t really been budgeted for.

Changing florists due to quality.

And a complete lack of communication from a particular vendor resulting in a last minute change 2 weeks out.

THE SOLUTION

Being there for them 24/7 – via text, email, call, regular zoom catchups to keep them accountable on details needed amongst the chaos.

Reassuring them it would be okay.

Assisting with finding replacement vendors for those that were less than adequate – resulting in their dream day.

Working with the in house coordinators to ensure smooth transitions.

Providing additional services and needs on the day like extra collections of the brides dress from the airbnb so it didn’t get scrunched in the car, collecting a bridesmaid as she didn’t fit in another vehicle, and more.
