Need someone to help with flipping the room as ceremony & reception are in the same space

Limited time to help flip the space on the day
Friends helped out with bar service and other areas to ensure costs were kept low
THE SOLUTION
Using friends instead of professional vendors meant there needed to be more logistic coverage in case something went wrong
Allowing more buffer time where we could in the timeline
Pre planning organisational steps like separating table styling elements and labelling clearly
